I absolutely loved the hotel's beautiful decoration and cozy atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained, making it easy for seniors like myself to navigate around. The hotel's accessibility was great, with ramps and elevators available for those who may have difficulty with stairs. It truly made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there. While the staff were polite, I wished they had been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

I had an amazing stay at a beachfront hotel in Platanias. The beach bar was fantastic and the staff were excellent, making me feel so welcome. The room was one of the best I've had in Greece. The warm pool and beautiful beach were definite highlights. The location was ideal, with tavernas, bars, and a minimarket nearby. Despite a few drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel. my experience was wonderful and I would definitely go back.

Loved the hotel's location near the beach and the famous attractions of west Crete. The rooms were warm and comfortable, and the restaurant served divine Cretan cuisine. Breakfast was a great chance to try authentic Greek coffee. The hotel's hospitality was outstanding.

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of dealing with a toilet that never stops running. Such a delightful feature.
